Put it this way, when my own family had an event back in May, 2009 at Gerald's Farm in Exeter, Rhode Island - we hired Chuck Wansley Band and Russell Morin Fine Catering. He blew my family and me away with the amazing spreads and wonderful service they provided - and the sushi tuna was a HUGE hit!
